JWT NY received the honor of “second best viral of 2007″ by Campaign. The original ‘Tea Partay’ video was a hit. It was an unsupported, honest to goodness video that went viral. The sequel, ‘Green Tea Partay,’ was also a hit (of sorts) logging a total of 3.2 million views. In one week alone the video had two million hits. How did that happen? Oh, right. That happened when JWT NY performed a paid media buy on the front page of YouTube one day of that week. Hey, that’s cool. What works, works, but let’s be clear… that is a heavily supported “viral hit” you guys are talking about.
