Inside Poke New York
November 15, 2007
Poke was recently listed in AdAge’s call out of hot, indie digital shops. We were curious for more, so here’s some photos from their New York office. To see more, go here. If you want to send us pictures of your agency, please feel free. Our email is agencyspy at mediabisto dot com. To see other agencies, watch the video from Crispin or W+K.

Boy, moments like this I really wish I’d kept that Flickr set updated. Lemme just add a little note to the pic of the office (the 3rd one in your post) and update.
That was taken in the first month of Poke. Way down the end there, near the windows. That was us. We actually share part of the floor with Mother and TAG (Mother also has the floor below). We have grown, Mother has moved more peeps in, the table grew a couple of wings, and now the floor looks like this.

Bones is right – there’s not much privacy, unless you’re in the bathroom. The open space is conducive to conversation, loud noises and at times, loud conversation. Yes, I sometimes wish I had a door to close. But then I look up and feel the energy around me and do NOT miss the world of cubes.
