Clownfish Comes To America

Clownfish, the UK based brand and communications agency with a very green bent, has come to America. Their shop with open in New York on October 22nd. From their press release: “A new breed of business that balances economic, social and environmental performance is emerging in the US, mirroring the European climate. Businesses can no longer just be concerned with profits. They have to address their ethics, specifically, their social and environmental impacts.”
The agency has a niche that still needs filling Stateside including expertise in “facilitating strategic partnerships with lobby groups, NGOs and governments. The company delivers strategies, programmes, ideas and policies that boost businesses, adding value to brands by joining the dots between planet, people and profits.”
Clownfish’s clients include: Levi’s, Sony, Lonely Planet, Ben and Jerry’s, Unilever, InterfaceFlor, Timberland, Ford and Stonyfield Farm who makes that yummy yogurt. Clownfish CEO Diana Verde Nieto was also a speaker at the PSFK Conference in London where she wowed the audience, including us.
