James H,

I am Frymaster. I am not anonymous. Click my name and you'll go to my blog where you can learn all about me.

You are James H. You are anonymous. You are unclickable. Whatsa matta? Ain't ya got no websites?

"Anonymous" is a wanker who's constantly finding fault instead of being helpful.

Superspy is a chick. (Duh!) And when the blog is called Agency Spy...I can't even say it.

Thanks Frymaster. You're a gem, but clearly we aren't being clear. Ha. Ha. Ugh. Maybe it's our summer cold and fever that has dulled are usually razor sharp tongues?

Anyway, what we were focusing on was an economic point, not a creative one.

Here, SS, let me translate for Professor Smarty Pants:
SF shouldn't think of Brazil as less a mature creative market than China is. Just the opposite - it's very sophisticated. And they better be ready to hop lively or Strawberry Frog may become a local delicacy. Just offering another perspective to make your wonderful frog, er, blog a more complete resource. Keep up the good work! Yours, Dr. SP

Isn't that what you meant, you pedantic wanker. And give yourself extra courage points for being anonymous.

This commentator is always trying to get our goat.

Um hello... you missed the point of our entry about SF in Brazil, which is that it's a great place for some smaller agencies to go rather than China where the big wigs are spending oodles of cash and the competition is fierce. And also that one day - Brazil will be just as hot economically as China. China's like the golden ticket right now.

Duh. Of course Brazil has award winning advertising coming out of the country. We've written about efforts from their several times. We're not saying it isn't a creative place, but a smart business move for SF.

If you're going to read this blog, then we suggest you read for clarity and not just to jerk our chain around.
Thanks!

Except for the fact that unlike the other 3 BRIC nations, Brazil actually HAS a thriving ad industry, that's been winning awards for oh, the past 10 - 15 years. They're especially strong in digital.

If you're going to do this blog, you need to be right more often. You make way too many mistakes for the rest of us to take you seriously.
