Um hello... you missed the point of our entry about SF in Brazil, which is that it's a great place for some smaller agencies to go rather than China where the big wigs are spending oodles of cash and the competition is fierce. And also that one day - Brazil will be just as hot economically as China. China's like the golden ticket right now. Duh. Of course Brazil has award winning advertising coming out of the country. We've written about efforts from their several times. We're not saying it isn't a creative place, but a smart business move for SF.
