A Michigan state judge has dismissed Ms. Julie Roehm’s breach of contract lawsuit against her ex-employer Wal-Mart. You didn’t really think she was going to get away with that one did you? Roehm sued the mega-chain right after they fired her for basically taking bribes from Howard Draft of DraftFCB and fooling around with her boytoy, Sean Womack.

On Monday, Judge Denise Langford Morris noted that Roehm had signed an agreement providing that any legal action relating to her employment would be brought in state or federal courts in Benton County, Arkansas. Which means, as usual, Julie didn’t follow the rules. Her lawyer says that they will decide soon as to whether to refile in Arkansas where Wal-Mart is based.

From Reuters: Wal-Mart spokesman John Simley said the company was “pleased with the judge’s decision to dismiss the case,” but would not comment on whether Wal-Mart would refile its countersuit against the former employee in Arkansas court.”

So… where is she getting all this cash from? Filing once is expensive. Filing again…? What… did DraftFCB give her cash, too?
