Yahoo!’s New Disgusting Spot

Euro RSCG Singapore and Yahoo! have embarked on a new campaign to promote the site’s travel offerings. The one above is called “Space Travel” and you can see another titled “Adventure Travel” here. In the video above one astronaut tells another he’s going to puke. His pal asks him not to because it will compel him to puke. Yeah, well the whole think made us want to barf, too. The tagline “Don’t space travel, Yahoo! travel” also is lame as lame can be. We have tough stomachs, but these ads are too much.
One other thing – why is Yahoo! pushing its travel options? At this point, the internet is littered with travel sites. Is this really where the brand thinks they can gain some new numbers?
