Simpsons’ Overload

The Simpson’s are everywhere you look and even our mothers are talking about going to see the long awaited flick. Rohit Bhargava, Vice Prez of Interactive Marketing over at Ogilvy, has been keeping tabs of the long list of impressively creative advertising endeavors taking place to support the film, which we’ve reprinted below though Rohit has more pics and info if you’re a big fan. We’d say the Kwik-E-Mart/7-11 mash-up and the Jet Blue campaign are our favorites.

The 7-11 Kwik-E-Mart makeover is absolutely genius. I think 7-11 is footing the bill for it too, so it’s basically free advertising for the new movie. I actually went to the one in DC a few days ago and it was packed. It’s basically become a tourist attraction.
