We hear… that Ogilvy + Mather should be in a panic right now. Looks like American Express Open (the business unit of Amex) is going up for review. Yeah, that Wes Anderson commercial was great, as was “Don’t Leave Home Without It,” but maybe that lawsuit by Tom O’Keefe where Big O allegedly stole creative was a bigger problem then the internet made it out to be. Besides, that was all consumer work. When is the last time you saw creative as good for Open? You can check out the Open print ads here.
